CHANGES TO ENGINEER VISITS
We will be rearranging all noncritical servicing visits to ensure all parties risk is minimised. We will be offering virtual advice as the first step for any breakdown and urgent equipment issues. Please contact us on 01452 347101 and listen for the appropriate option.
CHANGES TO OFFICES
All PSS offices are currently closed until further notice with everyone working remotely from home. This means our phone lines will be diverted to mobiles and we will be picking up all emails as normal, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with your branch as you normally would.
Our website www.photonsurgicalsystems.co.uk remains open around the clock, so you can continue to shop from home.
CHANGES TO DELIVERY
Whilst our offices and warehouses are currently closed, we may be unable to fulfil our high next day Standard and Express Delivery but we will aim to fulfil all orders within 3 working days. If you’d currently prefer contactless delivery and would like your order left in a safe place, leave us a note at checkout.
