The ForceTriad™ energy platform is the industry’s only full-featured energy platform with remote software upgrade capabilities. Using the Valleylab™ Exchange Software Update System, the unit can be easily updated on-site, providing surgeons, nurses and patients with up-to-date, state-of-the-art technology.

We are long term customers of previously Surgical Systems and now Photon Surgical Systems. We recently upgraded our diathermy to a Valleylab Force Triad, Laura’s advice at Photon was invaluable, making sure we got the right bits to ensure compatibility with our existing handpieces and even having the engineers make us up a bespoke lead so save us having to buy a new handpiece. Since purchase, the post-sales support has also been fantastic, with Photon jumping in to help out whenever we have had questions with the new equipment. Overall we are very happy customers and will always look at Photon Surgical Systems for equipment purchases in the future.
